First Friday Leadership Series: Generational Differences for Supervisors

Greetings Supervisors,

Please attend our upcoming FREE Professional Development Workshop for supervisors! This workshop is titled Generational Differences for Supervisors. This workshop is being presented by Dr. Jenna Hyatt, Associate Dean of Students.

The Supervisor Enrichment Program (SEP) is comprised of online courses, faculty lectures, and instructor-led workshops geared toward strengthening leadership skills. The program offers strategies and techniques for completing day-to-day supervisory responsibilities as well as growing leaders at all levels. Earn your Supervisor Foundation Certificate by attending these workshops!

Do Gen Xers act differently than Gen Yers?  Do they have different expectations and work ethics?  Learn how you can adjust your supervision based on the generational makeup of your employees. Come join us as we learn about generational differences and how these differences can affect supervising employees.
