SEP021: Conflict Resolution for Supervisors - Wednesday, November 15th, 2017 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, SURC 137B

Conflict is normal and inevitable - whether in the home, school, community, workplace, or place of worship. Leaders in all walks of life have a responsibility to address their own conflicts and help those they work with work through their conflicts. In this workshop, supervisors will learn and practice the skills required to become trusted, effective participants in the transformational opportunity every conflict offers. This workshop, based on the community-based mediation model, is an opportunity to develop conflict resolution skills and contribute to nonviolent, non-adversarial dispute resolution in your workplace.
