CWU Women's Soccer Team Raises Funds to Help Former Player

Ashley Saracino, former CWU soccer player, and her roommate Lindsay Licht had a fire consume their apartment on the evening of February 12.

Saracino and Licht were not hurt and able to rescue their dog Miley from the apartment without injury. They do not have renters’ insurance and will have to replace all personal items that were damaged.

The Women’s Soccer Team is raising funds to help Saracino and Licht recover from this terrible loss. There is a donation fund set up through GoFundMe that can be found at Saracino and Licht are in need of beds, bed linens, blankets, toiletries, and clothing. If you would like to donate any of these items, contact Danielle Brandli at 425-223-9129.
