At 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 6, the Board of Trustees will meet at the President’s Reception Center to view a Native American art exhibit. At 6:00 they will take a tour of Barto Hall, followed by a social dinner at the Wellington Event Center.

The Board’s regularly scheduled business meeting will be held Friday, December 7, at 9 a.m. in Barge Hall Room 412 on the Ellensburg campus. The business meeting will include a public comment period. To participate in the public comment period, speakers must identify themselves and the topic to be addressed via e-mail to cwu_president@cwu.edu  by Tuesday, December 4, at 5 p.m. All of the rules pertaining to the public comment period are available at www.cwu.edu/trustees.

The Friday business meeting will be preceded by a BOT executive session at 8:00 a.m. in Barge Hall Room 410 to discuss real estate issues and for a litigation update.
