Are you part of a club or organization that promotes the environment, sustainability, multicultural awareness, or education? Come be a part of the Earth Day Family Festival at the Museum of Culture and Environment!

This is a great opportunity to get your message out! There is no fee to participate. We encourage having hands-on activities for kids and families, though it's not required.

This family friendly event hosts activities that focus on topics of sustainability and multicultural awareness. This year’s event will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2019, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The 2018 Festival included over 25 community and campus groups and was attended by over 300 visitors. The race brings in about 100 runners for the 5k/10k as well as about 20 enthusiastic children for the Small Fry kid’s run. Race participants come from as far away as Seattle and the Tri-cities for this event, which offers prizes for the fastest runners. The dual events are widely advertised in Ellensburg and on national running websites.

For more information, or to get involved, email MuseumPrograms@cwu.edu by April 10.
