Civil Rights Exhibit runs through Friday

Through Friday, Jan. 24, stop by SURC 137 A/B to see this powerful exhibit created by CWU students and organizations. The Civil Rights Movement has inspired social justice and change across the world. Don't miss these last days to experience interactive and educational displays.

The Civil Rights Exhibit will recreate the 1950-1968 Civil Rights years through pictures, personal stories and video footage of individuals who fought against racial segregation in America. Displays depict segregated lunch counters, fountains, bus terminals and schools allowing the community to gain a better understanding of the “Separate but Equal” laws during the Civil Rights years.
