Business & Financial Affairs Customer Service & Employee Surveys

Business and Financial Affairs (BFA) is launching two very important surveys and would like to hear from you. You will receive them from email account: SESRC <>

The first survey is for all BFA employees. This survey asks BFA employees about perceptions of and experiences in their work environment. The results from this survey are important to BFA and CWU as we reflect on the BFA climate and make future planning decisions.

The second survey is for all CWU employees and students. Business and Financial Affairs (BFA) want to hear about your perceptions of and experience with our services. The mission of Business and Financial Affairs (BFA) is to provide administrative services in support of the Strategic Plan of Central Washington University. The Services provided by BFA include facility, financial, technology, safety, business auxiliaries, budget, enrollment management, and institutional effectiveness.

We hope to hear from everyone, no matter what your level of experience is with the various BFA services.  Even if you have little to no experience, your responses will be useful. Your perspective and experiences are important to us. I hope you will take a few minutes to complete this important survey!
