Benefits Fair is November 15

The annual faculty and staff benefits fair will be held Thursday, November 15, from 1:00 to 3:30 PM in SURC 137. The benefits fair offers an opportunity to talk with representatives from medical, dental, and retirement vendors and state sponsored vendors for auto and home insurance and the flexible spending account.

Flu shots will be available, while supplies last. Whooping cough vaccine will also be available. 

Open enrollment is November 1 - 30. This is the annual opportunity to make plan changes, waive or reinstate coverage, add or remove dependents, and/or enroll in the Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP).


Enrollment or re-enrollment in the FSA and/or DCAP must be made during open enrollment for participation in 2013 and must be made via a paper enrollment form; available from HR in Bouillon 140, at the benefits fair, or online:
