BEGINNING YOGA STARTS TONIGHT

Fall Yoga Classes
 
All classes taught by Lori Chandler 962-3738
Register at first class • Bring a yoga mat or large towel
Classes open to everyone • Classes available for CWU credit
 
YOGA FOR BEGINNERS
Yoga is great for stress reduction, weight loss, toning and firming 
the body and achieving inner peace. This class goes over the basics of
yoga for the total beginner. 
Tuesdays, 7:00-8:00pm October 2 - November 20
Location: CWU, Mary Grupe Conference Center
$60 for 8 week session

YOGA FOR SENIORS 
This gentle yoga class consists of postures that are modified for 
seniors or those that have been away from exercise for some time.
Tuesdays, 4:30-5:20 October 2 - November 20
Location: CWU, Mary Grupe Conference Center
$55 for 8 week session
 
YOGA FOR LARGE BODIES
This gentle yoga class is geared toward those who 
have been interested in learning yoga, but have been intimidated 
due to having a larger body size. Postures will be modified using 
props if necessary to suit individual needs.
Thursdays, 7:00 - 8:00p October 4 - November 29
Location: CWU, Mary Grupe Conference Center
$60 for 8 week session
 
YOGA LEVEL ll (Campus)
In this class new postures will be introduced and techniques learned in 
the beginning class will be refined.
 
Class one: Tuesdays, 5:30 - 6:30 October 2 - November 20
Location: CWU, Mary Grupe Conference Center • $60 for 8 week session
 
Class two: Thursdays, 5:30 - 6:30 October 4 - November 29
Location: CWU, Mary Grupe Conference Center • $60 for 8 week session
