The purpose of the Accounting Club is to provide the students of accounting an opportunity to: 1) gain a better understanding of the problems and potentialities of the business world, 2) facilitate an opportunity for membership to the external professional societies, and 3) provide a service to the community, so that they may be better prepared to carry out their responsibilities as future business leaders and professionals.
The objectives of this chapter shall be to further the individual welfare of its members; to foster scientific research in the fields of commerce, accounts, and finance; to educate the public to appreciate and demand higher ideals therein; and to promote and advance in institutions of college rank, courses leading to degrees in business administration.
