Heather Rai

Heather Rai C.P.M. currently works at Nintendo of America Inc. in Redmond, WA as a Purchasing Manager. She's been with Nintendo for five years and joined the company as a Project Manager working as a member of the Purchasing Department. Previous to her position at Nintendo, Heather worked as a Buyer and Customs Specialist for a local bedding manufacturer and also has experience working as a Licensed Customs Broker.

Heather has actively volunteered over the past seven years with the National Association of Purchasing Management--Western Washington group in Seattle. She is a Past-President of that group and also served on the Board of Directors for three years. She is a Certified Purchasing Manager through the Institute for Supply Management. She is also currently serving on the Advisory Committee for the Purchasing Management program at Shoreline Community College.

Heather enjoys cooking, traveling, kayaking and playing Mario Kart DS with her coworkers.
