The human resource management minor is designed to augment the student’s undergraduate degree with a focused examination of the role of human resources in business operations. Students will explore the application of training and development, staffing and employee relations, and test development issues as they apply specifically to the role of human resource managers. Students will take a sampling of courses offered as a part of the College of Business’ Human Resource Specialization, as well as business-relevant, organizational psychology courses.
