Doug is the Chief Operating Officer of Tommy Bahama, a purveyor of island lifestyles, with headquarters in two cities, cafes and emporiums in 18 more, and products featured in shops from coast to coast.

Prior to this position, Doug served as Vice President of Operations, Aviation Communication Division for AT&T Wireless. He was responsible for business management, vendor operations, network operations, technical operations and quality organization.

Before AT&T, Doug was a subcontract administrator and program planner for the Boeing Defense and Space Group.

Doug received his MBA from Pacific Lutheran University and his Bachelors in Business Administration and Economics from Central Washington University. He is a native of Ellensburg.
