Kari Glover is the Global Integration Partner for Kirkpatrick & Lockhart Preston Gates Ellis LLP, a position she has held since the January 1, 2007, merger of Kirkpatrick and Lockhart and Preston Gates & Ellis. For two years prior to the merger, Kari was the firm managing partner of Preston Gates & Ellis. 

Kari has practiced corporate law for more than 30 years, focusing on healthcare corporate affiliations and transactions, executive compensation, health technology and healthcare regulatory compliance. She served as counsel for clients in the healthcare industry as well as rendering advice on health plan, executive compensation, benefits and healthcare regulatory issues for clients in a multitude of industries. Her practice has included general corporate counsel, corporate transactions and affiliations, new ventures and commercial transactions work. She has represented nonprofit and for-profit organizations, as well as governmental entities and public-private ventures.
