Gail is an account manager and Vice President with Watson Wyatt. She has 20 years of experience working with large organizations on a broad range of domestic and international human resources programs, including:

  • Direct compensation and benefits program philosophy and design in the North America, Asia Pacific, and European regions.
  • Health and welfare plan funding and pricing for US-based operations
  • Benefit program administration, including installation of client-based systems as well as development and implementation of outsourced solutions.
  • Communications strategy supporting program changes.

She has worked with organizations such as Amazon.com, Boeing, Litton, Nordstrom, Rockwell International, Safeway, and Times Mirror.

Gail joined Watson Wyatt 10 years ago. In addition to working with major clients, she has held a number of leadership positions, and served a three-year term on the Board of Directors. Prior to joining Watson Wyatt, she worked for a major diversified entertainment firm as the manager of international compensation and benefits, responsible for programs across the world for three major subsidiaries. She started her career with Hewitt Associates as an account manager in their New York and Los Angeles offices.

Gail received her B.A. in English from the University of Washington.
