Clark Daffern is a Vice President in the Executive Benefits and Private Client Group of Kibble & Prentice. Clark is a specialist in the design of qualified retirement plans, 401(k) and executive retirement plans. Clark works with owners of closely held businesses in the analysis of financial planning, identifying retirement plan and deferred executive compensation alternatives, and designing transfer and succession plans. Clark also works with individuals in the development and design of complex estate plans and identifies appropriate insurance and investment products.
Prior to joining Kibble & Prentice, Clark was a founding partner and President of the Pacific Rim Financial Group. He also has 17 years of experience as a senior vice president for a publicly traded company where he was responsible for managing the daily operations of the company.
Clark graduated from Central Washington University with a B.A. in Business Administration. He is a fellow in the Life Underwriters Training Council, a Senior Affiliate with ESOP Capital Strategies and he is a Certified Business Advisor for General American Life Insurance Company.
Clark is active in the community and currently serves as the Chairman of the Foundation for Central Washington University and as board member of the CWU College of Business Advisory Board and the Executive Committee. Clark is a member of the Southwest King County Chamber of Commerce, and a past Chair of the Board of the Greater Federal Way Chamber of Commerce. He is the Chairman of the Non-Workplace Fundraising Campaign for United Way Pierce County, and he recently chaired the South King County Coalition, a project intended to address the needs of children-at-risk.
