Results of the Survey will be provided to higher education institutions in early January. Over 24,000 state employees respond to the Safety Survey last year. All results are anonymous and by clicking on the above link, you will be taken to a Survey Monkey website. The results will be submitted to the State Office of Risk Management.

The Safety Survey is an important part of the state’s loss prevention strategy. In the past, agencies have found that assessing their programs on an annual basis helps reduce the losses in which the state is susceptible. In addition, it also helps to identify the need for new safety initiatives. Please take some time to fill out this on-line survey; it only takes about 10 minutes to complete. If you have any questions about the process or have difficulty accessing the Safety Survey, please contact Toni Burvee at 2335 or via email at burveet@cwu.edu .
Wednesday, October 151413393300
