About the Minor in Aviation: Professional Pilot

This minor allows you to obtain a private pilot certificate as you learn about flight principles, meteorology, and aircraft systems. CWU succeeds when you succeed. Our greatest reward is in seeing you thrive and achieve your life goals. When you take flight, we can soar, too.

Why pursue an Aviation Professional Pilot minor?

Degree Information 

Flight training is offered at Bowers Field in Ellensburg, WA. For information regarding admission requirements, required and elective courses, please reference the 2022-2023 Academic Catalog.
