Student Representation on Committees
We are accepting applications for committees appointments on a continual basis until all positions are filled by CWU students.
The Central Washington University committee organization provides for faculty, staff, and student participation in university affairs. The ASCWU Student Government is seeking students who are interested in serving on a university committee. The term beginning after appointment at an ASCWU Public Meeting until the end of that academic year.
Currently there are student seats open to those who are willing to commit to serving. It is encouraged that students of all diverse backgrounds and stages in their academic career apply to represent the student voice within the institution we call Central Washington University. Regular attendance is expected of all representative members.
If any committee member consistently misses meetings, the committee member may be replaced at discretion of ASCWU Student Government. Members of committees are expected to seek opinions from those they represent and work closely, with continual communication with the Executive Vice President of ASCWU Student Government.
