Friday, February 12th - Filing begins, return completed packet to the Campus Life Office SURC 263 between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. (Time based on SURC 263 office clock). Candidate Registration is available at: www.cwu.edu/ascwu/elections background check forms and elections packets will be sent to registered candidates via their CWU email address.
Final Information Session April 7 at 5:00 p.m. - Informational Session SURC 236: This session is an ideal time for candidates to learn more about the role of a certain office & and is an opportunity for candidates to receive the 4/7 officer signatures needed in order to file as a candidate (All current officers will be in attendance).

Monday April 14th - Campaign Kickoff Meeting starts at 6:00 p.m. in SURC 301. This is an essential meeting for a candidate or designee, advertising begins directly after the meeting. Candidates must sign up to have their photo and video taken between 4:00 p.m. and 5:45 p.m. in SURC 263. Candidates will sign up on a first come first serve basis when they submit their candidate packet in SURC 263. Please come prepared with a well-rehearsed statement for your video (candidate may choose to memorize their 150 word statement) please remember that video is optional.
Wednesday April 16th– Campaign Day, Candidates will have an opportunity to table in the SURC from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m
Wednesday April 16th– Last day to register as a write-in candidate for Primary Elections. Write-in candidates must register by 4:00 p.m. in SURC 263. Write in candidates will be required to complete a background check once they register.
Friday April 18th– Last day to withdraw from the primary election. Candidates must withdraw no later than 12:00 Noon in SURC 263.
