This meeting is required for all candidates, their campaign managers, and additional campaign staff team members. Candidates will meet the other candidates, go over information, campaign rules, and get their questions answered. Advertising and campaigning begins following this meeting. In person with virtual access. [Notify Election Commission 24 hours in advance if any member of the above cannot attend].

Hiring and Background Check

When the General Election is final, all winning candidates will go through the hiring process for your position. Those students who have worked on campus within the past year, will not need to have a background check done. Students who have never worked on campus, will need to work with Student Employment and Paula Moffatt to complete their background check.
