Throughout winter quarter the ASCWU-BOD met publicly to review and update the ASCWU-BOD Constitution and By-Laws. A special hearing in compliance with the ASCWU Constitution was held on March 10, 2014 at 7:30 p.m. in the SURC Pit to share proposed changes and receive student feedback. Recommendations to the Constitution and By-Laws were finalized on March 20, 2014. The Constitution will be place on the May 8, 2014 ASCWU Election Ballot for student approval. The By-Laws will be approved at a public meeting spring quarter pending no dissent as outlined in the ASCWU Constitution.

The Associated Students of Central Washington University Board of Directors (ASCWU-BOD) serves as CWU's student body government. The Board consists of seven elected student officers who work hard to represent all students equally and fairly and to ensure that their voices are heard. From facilities to academics, the ASCWU-BOD helps advocate for student concerns and create programs to make the college experience more memorable.
