Nominations may be submitted by current full-time or part-time faculty or staff in the College of Arts and Humanities. Individuals may not nominate themselves.
Nominators should fill out a nomination form:
All nominations must include the nomination form and a copy of the work or performance that generated the nomination. The deadline for submissions is the first Monday in April.
Each winner will receive a cash award of $150 and will be recognized, along with other honorees, at the College of Arts and Humanities Recognition and Achievement Awards Banquet on May 13, 2013.
