After over 13 years of service as a human resource technician for Army ROTC Miss Newton is leaving the Wildcat Battalion cadre.  Her tireless work ethic has helped hundreds of cadets transition into Army Officers.  She will be missed by her fellow cadre, the cadets and the faculty of Central Washington University.
