Celebrating Commencement as One Big [Wild]Cat

Commencement is a time to celebrate success and to celebrate the future of fellow Wildcats. It’s a time where we welcome in the new cohort of alumni and we celebrate them for their accomplishments and their future endeavors. Commencement is a time in which we can all look back fondly and remember the anxiety filled walk to Tomlinson Stadium, the bagpipes ringing through Ellensburg, the influx of family, friends, and alumni.

There is no greater accomplishment than completing such a feat as obtaining your degree and we are constantly searching for new ways to celebrate as one cohort of alums from Central Washington University.

We are inviting all of our current alumni to join our 2016 graduates to commemorate this milestone together with fellow Wildcats at the Graduation Celebration at the Seattle Center Armory on Thursday, June 16, from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Come enjoy street tacos along with fresh chips and salsa by Blue Water Taco, as well as fudge and saltwater taffy provided by Seattle Fudge.

This celebration is free for all 2016 graduates and one guest as well as all CWU Alumni Association members. Non-members are welcome to come join us and celebrate with the recent graduates for $10 per person. This gathering will be a perfect opportunity to share your stories and advice with the newest class of Wildcats or maybe even connect with your next employee. Register today to celebrate with the 2016 graduating class.
