Please join us for a reception and the presentation of WANTED by Shontina Vernon.

Against the backdrop of West Texas, WANTED tells the story of Tina Cato and her journey from a childhood of abandonment and incarceration to a place of self-acceptance. Shontina Vernon fuses narrative, music, poetry, and multimedia into a tale of forgery, fear, and finding one’s voice. WANTED showcases the musical talent of Ms. Vernon alongside this season’s Black String artists.
