MISSION, VISION AND GOALS

Cadet Wing Mission

To prepare cadets for active duty through professionalism, discipline, and challenging leadership experience. The cadet wing's secondary goal is to prepare cadets to successfully complete Air Force ROTC field training.

Cadet Wing Vision

Each Aerospace class of cadets will be better trained than the class before to provide better training to the class that follows.

Cadet Wing Goals

• Increase the number of cadet members, especially focusing on recruitment from the technical schools of the university
• Increase retention of highly qualified and motivated individuals
• Provide the best possible training environment attainable on a university campus
• Exemplify Air Force ROTC standards and strive to exceed them
• Instill and maintain the warrior spirit in each cadet
• Improve physical fitness of all cadets
