Physical fitness is a key component in the development of an Air Force officer and should never be taken lightly. The Physical Fitness Test (PFT) consists of sit-ups, push-ups, a 1.5-mile run, and your abdominal measurement. It comprises the mandatory physical fitness standards required by AFROTC to:
Sit-ups: | 10% of score |
Push-ups: | 10% of score |
1.5-Mile Run: | 50% of score |
Abdominal Measurement: | 30% of score |
