I understand I will be conditionally admitted to CWU until I have met all of the following requirements:

completion of a Direct Transfer Associates Degree (DTA), applied science/technical degree from a participating Washington State community or technical college or have earned 90 transferable credits;
meet CWU’s admission requirements for transfer students;
completion of all prerequisites specific to my intended major; and
completion of CWU’s admission application.

I understand it is my responsibility to ensure Central Washington University has all official college transcripts, especially my final transcript from my current transfer institution once my degree is posted.

Central Washington University reserves the right to rescind any offer of admission to students who do not meet all requirements. The Admissions Office has the right to deny a Dual Admission form. Admissions criteria is subject to change.
