Our Central Sampler program offers an extended, overnight visit to campus for prospective students. CWU Sampler is designed to give the prospective student a 2-day, 1-night experience on the Central campus. Students have the opportunity to experience:
- Overnight Stay in our Residence Halls Including 2 Meals
- Tours of Campus, Dining Hall and Residence Halls
- Admissions Office Welcome and Q & A Sessions with Current Students
- Mock Lecture from a CWU Faculty
- Presentations from University Housing and Financial Aid Office
- Options to schedule pre-arranged meetings with Admission Counselors, Academic Department representatives and/or Student Support Services staff members
- An Official CWU Welcome Packet

Central Washington University and the Visitation Program are not required to provide supervision to any student or minor during their stay on campus through the Central Sampler Program. Guests under 18 years of age are required to have parent(s) or guardian staying with them in the residence hall assigned. Failure to have a parent(s) or guardian will result in rejection of your reservation in the Central Sampler Program.
Central Sampler Cost:
Guest 2- $45
Additional Guests- $60 (this applies to 3rd or more guests in party).
The payment process for Central Sampler will initiate after student has successfully registered on-line. A confirmation e-mail will be automatically sent containing a link to make payment. Payment must be completed within 24 hours of signing up. An email confirmation of payment will be emailed once payment is received and processed.
The cancelation policy requires written notice to receive a full refund. Cancelations must be made before 5 pm PT on Monday prior to the event. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel your reservation.
