Senior Leaders and Emerging Leaders Classes

Core training is designed to help new and experienced supervisors review the basic skills needed for effective supervision. The classes are highly interactive, with many opportunities for hands-on learning and group discussion. Classes are facilitated by Human Resources experts from the Central Washington University community.

Senior Leaders Development Track
The purpose of the senior leaders development track is to ensure that all current supervisors and managers have an ongoing framework of management and leadership theory and practice. Senior leaders are encouraged to complete all courses identified in the Employee and Emerging Leaders tracks.
