Financial & Retirement Planning for Classified Staff Retirement Plan Members

Ensuring that you'll meet your financial goals for retirement takes careful planning. Unfortunately, many people spend more time planning their summer vacation than they do planning for their retirement. The following workshops are intended to provide you with resources and tools to make important decisions for a financially secure retirement. Spouses are welcome to attend workshops with the employee or retiree.

The workshops are divided based on your retirement plan participation. The following workshops are intended for Department of Retirement System (DRS) members. Most classified staff are covered by one of the DRS plans. These include the Public Employees' Retirement System (PERS), Teachers' Retirement System (TRS) and Law Enforcement Officers and Fire Fighters Retirement System (LEOFF).
