VP Issues:

Rich reviewed the Board Items for the December 6, 2001, Board meeting.

Rich reviewed the Cabinet meeting of November 28.

Financial Services Issues:

S&A Committee is scheduled to meet at 3:30 on Wednesday.

Fund statements are completed. Funds 573 & 522 and bond statements have been submitted.

The consolidated statements for FY01 are being finalized.

W2 forms and 1099 forms are being worked on.

Fixed assets is currently being installed.

1098T forms are being worked on (forms that will be sent out to students for tax purposes).

CTS Issues:

Groupwise version 6 is being installed across campus.

As of 12/15 we will no longer get the USENET news feeds. This should help speed up internet service for CWU.

Facilities Management:

Bill shared the Joint Legislative Audit Review Committee’s Higher Education Facility Preservation Study. (1^st Meeting of the Technical Review Panel was held on 11/27/01).
