VP Issues:

Rich reviewed items from the Cabinet meeting.

Financial Services Issues:

State contribution for support of students information for the current year will be published in the Observer as is done each year. This information is also available in the class schedule book.

Joe will be preparing information on all accounts that have problems and need to be reviewed. (self-support).

CTS Issues:

Gene reported on the upgrading of machines for FMS users. Twenty-two computers were identified to be upgraded, five have been completed. There will be a few PCs available to replace MACs from a lab upgrade in a couple of months.

HR Issues:

Facilities Management:

Bill Vertrees reported that Facilities is looking into the safety of various types of vans for possible use in the motor pool.
