VP Issues:

Nasser reviewed the Cabinet meeting.

Nasser reviewed the progress on the Performance Based Budget process. There will be a meeting on Friday to continue work on this process.

AVP Issues:

Financial Services Issues:

Joe reported that there will be a meeting this afternoon to finalize a time line for the FMS system going live July 2001.

Effective with the 4/25 payroll, there will be a change in the way paychecks and advices are distributed. Department secretaries will no longer pick up and distribute checks and advices. Advices will be mailed to departments. Those that choose not to use EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) will pick up their checks directly from the cashiers.

CTS Issues:

Computer Lab scheduling – Norman distributed a sheet showing lab usage.(see attached Spread Sheet)

REGI status – Regi is up and running. There had been a problem and Regi had to be shut down last night.

Cell Phone plans – The auditor is reviewing plans and usage.
