Objectives

  3. Add, edit, and delete records within a table; use the Find command to locate a specific record.

  4. Explain the importance of data validation in table maintenance; provide several examples of the way in which it is enforced.

  5. Apply a filter (by form or selection) to a table; sort a table on one or more fields.

  6. Explain how the PivotTable and PivotChart views are used to display information from a database.

  7. Describe a relational database; identify the one-to-many relationships that exist within a database.
