- Must be a CWU, matriculated, undergraduate student
- Attend full time
- Sophomore, junior, or senior standing
- Have completed a minimum of 2 quarters at CWU at the time of application
- Minimum 2.5 GPA

- Submit complete study abroad application to Study Abroad & Exchange Programs by scholarship deadline
- Submit a 1-2 page typed essay responding to the question: "What do you think is the value of study abroad in today's world and to you as an individual?"
