Personal Training at the Recreation Center can be so many different things... that's what makes it personal! If you're looking to workout with some guidance five days a week, three days a week, or even once per week, you're in the right place. Exercising with a trainer can help you out in many ways, including:

  • progressing your workouts to achieve results
  • setting realistic goals for your mind and body
  • improving your training technique
  • keeping you motivated to achieve your fitness goals
  • adding some variety to your workouts

As a Personal Training client, you decide what type of training you'd like to focus on, when you want to focus on it, and who you'd like to train you! Each of your trainers have the skills to help you achieve your general fitness goals, such as weight loss and toning. But they also can help with specific goals, such as triathlon training, sport-specific skill development, and making fitness a way of life. Our team of trainers can help everyone, from beginning exercisers to those with injuries or special exercise needs.
