Changes to Fitness Class Locations
May 8-29, the following classes will be moved from Room 284 to Room 287:
Cardio Kickboxing on Mondays at 5:30 pm
Mat Pilates on Tuesdays at 5:30 pm
Boot Camp on Wednesdays at 4:30 pm
Fitness Yoga on Thursdays at 5:30 pm
Fitness Class Cancellations
All Group Fitness classes are cancelled on the following dates:
Sunday, May 11
Sunday, May 25, and Monday, May 26
Wednesday 4:30 Spinning is Cancelled for Remainder of Quarter
Due to technical issues with our sound system in Room 284, we've had to do some re-arranging of our classes. Luckily, only one class has to be cancelled to accomodate our room changes... Spinning on Wednesdays at 4:30 pm with Cody is cancelled for the remainder of Spring quarter. Bummed? Try Spinning with Babs at 6:30 pm on Wednesdays or Boot Camp with Jackie at 4:30 pm on Wednesdays!
Family Fitness: 5/10, 9 am & 10 am, Rec Center Room 287, FREE
Celebrate Central’s Family Weekend festivities by bringing the folks to Spinning® at 9 am and Yoga at 10 am. Both classes are free to Rec Center members and families can participate by purchasing an All-Weekend Recreation Center Pass for $6 each (children under 6 not allowed). Look for more details on this and other Family Weekend events this spring!
Ballet Body Pilates: 5/17, 10:30am-11:30pm, Rec Center Room 287, FREE
Think long and lean! Ballet Body Pilates is one hour of ballet inspired pilates and core training on the mat. No impact, a little sweat, some muscle burning and a ton of fun! Don’t miss this class… a chance to add some new movements to your muscle toning regimen!
