Need up to 14 to work 10-15 hours a week during Summer Quarter. *Prefer Work-Study
Challenge Course Facilitator:
The Challenge Course Facilitator will prepare programs for groups using the Challenge Course. The Challenge Course Facilitator will prepare and maintain all Challenge Course equipment, as well as the Challenge Course storage facility.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement Challenge Course programs for small or large groups.
- Perform site assessments before programs to help ensure safety.
- Monitor Challenge Course participants for safety and positive group dynamics.
- Process group experiences after the completion of Challenge Course events.
- Attend staff meetings and trainings.
Minimum Qualifications / Skills Needed:
- Ability to communicate and work well with others.
- Able to adapt plans to accommodate needs of group.
- Experience with Challenge Course facilitation.
