B. Unit Goal:
I want the students to learn what the real wilderness is like and have them learn how to help themselves in situations that seem impossible. This way they will be able to stay out in the different types of weather conditions and know how to take care of themselves and anyone else that they are with, and be able to find their way back or to a safer spot.
