
Attacker "A1" starts with the ball. He dribbles the ball close
to the
defender & then makes a pass to "A2". Player "A2" makes a first
time
push pass to the open space behind the defender ("D") & player "A1"
runs
onto the pass. "A1" then turns around & completes the drill
again, this time
using the other foot to make the pass. After running through
the drill 4
times, rotate the players - "A1" becomes the defender, "A2" becomes the
main player ("A1") & the defender becomes the wall player ("A2").
After each player has rotated through each position, make the defender
more aggressive in trying to stop the pass.
Dribbling/ Tapping
The cones before you are set in a line for you to dribble/tap in and out of. Working on using both feet alternate left and right in and out of cones down the line.
