Topic:  Outside Kick

Student Objective:  Students should have an understanding and be able to perform the skill presented to them

Lesson Description:  In this lesson the students will be performing the outside kick, which is one of the basic kicks needed to succeed in the game of footbag.  Students will be working with creating a level surface from the outside of their feet, and this will provide them with a good surface for striking the foobag while remaining in control.

Tasks:
1.  Place the footbag on the outside of the foot and balance on a level surface
2.  Drop the footbag onto the outside of the foot and perform an outside kick back up towards your hand
3.  Repeat task one with the non dominant foot
4.  Repeat task two with the non dominant foot
5.  Drop the footbag onto the outside of the foot and kick it back up more than one time in a row
