games emphasize group cooperation as opposed to competition. These
games and activities encourage communication and trust among people working
together to meet specific challenges.
Trust
games require a great deal of trust and trustworthiness among group
members.

Activities (individual and group) are usually designed to be used with

of specially planned obstacles that challenge individuals and groups.
