games and activities encourage communication and trust among people working
together to meet specific challenges.

games require a great deal of trust and trustworthiness among group
members.
Initiative
Activities (individual and group) are usually designed to be used with

Courses are designed and built on school grounds to provide a variety
of specially planned obstacles that challenge individuals and groups.
These courses are constructed from trees, cables, ropes, nets, walls, beams
