Two Foot Deep Water Start
The two foot start allows you to press up with both feet so that people who are beginners can find it easier to get out of the water.

Teaching Cues:
1. With both feet in the binding, hold the handle out towards the boat with a slight bend in your arms.
2. Pull your front knee up to your chest and keep your back leg tucked in behind it.
3. With your eyes focused just above the boat, arch your back away from the boat as it begins to pull you out of the water.
4. Pressing with both feet, stand up by bringing your hips up to the handle. The key is to resist the boat by not allowing it to pull you forward.
