Employment Requirements

For payroll purposes, new employees will be required to provide a copy of their social security card. See the Social Security Administration's site for replacement cards.

In accordance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act, only citizens and nationals of the United States and aliens authorized to work in the United States may be employed by Central Washington University. As a condition of employment, new employees must provide acceptable proof of identity and employment eligibility (see page 3 of the Form I-9 file on the INS website).
