Our office requires overnight processing time for verification letters.  Requests can be delivered three different ways:

• Pick up:  Please request one working day and then pick up after 10 a.m. the next working day (with ID).
• Mail:  Provide our office with the address to send the verification of enrollment.
• Fax:  To fax the request, we will need a toll free number.  If it is not a toll free number, then there is a charge of  $15.00 for the fax fee.  Call the cashier's office (509) 963-2224 to pay with a Mastercard or Visa.

• Deferment purposes (postpone loan payments)

• Good student discount - 3.00 GPA or better gets a discount on some services
